And if you really think about what it does to your body and how the human body was really built for the constant mode of fight or flight, I'm not saying that you need to become paleo, but wait, are you still running right now? If you're not running, you're not in real fight or flight mode. You're not a good listener, a good subscriber, a good whatever. You're still running.
Okay, great. We're not in the paleo era and you don't just have to eat beef, but it's rare that the human body is in a flight or fight mode. It's good for your brain and your mental health to have something urgent that makes you push your body to its maximum limit. So go push yourself right now and your human body, if you can push yourself to your maximum limit for one minute out of your day, that's pretty strong because the average person doesn't.
